House of Fashion's Marta Kappl will team up with Seattle restaurateur Tom Douglas for an evening of food and fashion on Friday, May 4th at The Palace Ballroom. World class, locally sourced food will be combined with fashion from local designers for an interactive fashion show featuring carefully selected food pairings by Tom Douglas.
"Food and fashion are both necessities for life," explains Marta Kappl, designer and owner of House of Fashion in Belltown. “We can consume fast food and fast fashion, or we can value quality.” The same principles that go into making a great dish—quality ingredients, a creative concept, and a skilled chef—can apply to great clothing and Seattle wouldn't have it any other way.
