The 6th annual Girls Gone Glam event is taking place in Seattle this Thursday, May 16th at the Alexis Hotel. Guests will enjoy signature cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while they shop from chic local boutiques and get pampered with massages by Chroma Salon & Spa. Participating vendors include Formulary 55, Jaleh Clothing, Glamspoon, Orange Box Jewelry, Shamila Fine Jewelry, Swink Style Bar, Urban Farm Naturals and more. Seattle University Presents 'On My Block' Fashion Show

The 6th Annual "On My Block" Fashion Show presented by the Fashion Club of Seattle University will take place on Thursday, May 16th at 8pm. This year’s fashion show is themed around the unique style and persona of Capitol Hill. The show will be held at the FRED Wildlife Refuge located on Belmont Avenue and will feature live entertainment by DJ Bgeezy, Breaklites, and the Flavr Blue. Featured boutiques include Free People, Zebra Club, Aprie, Alive & Well, PRC, Blackbird, and Lucky Vintage. Tickets start at $10 for students and go up to $25 for VIP access.  All proceeds benefit the Seattle chapter of the YWCA's Dress for Success program.
