NUBE to host sensory shopping experience on Capitol Hill

In an overly-stimulated world, Seattle-based NUBE hopes to take shoppers in a different direction entirely, by allowing them to shop in the dark. Yes, you read that right. Shop in the dark. From October 31 through November 5, the Sense Up pop-up shop on 10th and Pine will become a pitch-black retail store, allowing customers to re-connect with their senses and inform their shopping decisions. Staff will be equipped with night vision goggles to guide shoppers through the store. The company hopes to bring shoppers out of their element and challenge the traditional brick-and-mortar experience by sparking a conversation about art, commerce, and the future of retail. Participating local brands include Woolrich, Peg & Awl, Porcelain & Stone, Prairie Underground, Baleen, and more. Don't miss your chance to experience this unique Seattle pop-up while shopping in the dark to support local brands.

What: NUBE Sensory Pop-Up Shop
When: Oct. 31 - Nov. 5 (Daily from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.)
Where: 1527 10th Ave. Seattle, WA 98122
