Move over Central St Martins- a new fashion school is coming to town! Earlier this fall Condé Nast announced plans to open a private college for fashion and design in September of 2012 which will include courses on fashion journalism, luxury brand development, business skills and more! Susie Forbes, the editor of Easy Living (formerly the Deputy Editor of British VOGUE) will be the school's headmaster. The school will offer students two courses of study, the first is a 10-week intensive course in Fashion and Design. Areas of study will include the fashion calendar, key fashion designers and their impact on the industry, fashion in the digital age, the business of fashion, retail in the digital world, fashion media, PR and marketing, and styling. The second course of study will be a one-year Vogue Fashion Foundation program which includes an emphasis on portfolio development and research skills in addition to in-depth coverage of the topics above.
"The reputation and authority of our brands puts us in a strong position to teach and inspire the fashion and decorating talent of the future," Nicholas Coleridge, managing director of Condé Nast told the London Evening Standard.

I am glad that I have observed this blog. Ultimately anything not a crap, which we understand quite usually. The web site is lovingly maintained and up to date. So it really should be, thank you for this welcome transform.
